I laugh at the people in the IT industry who come 'onsite' and don't want to go back.
I observe guys like B in our office and I am reminded of kids who throw tantrums when asked to leave a relative's/friend's residence for their own home :)
The analogy was too tempting not to put in writing. Hence this mini-post!
